Is the Athan called in the ears of a revert like how its called for a baby?

Assalaamu alaikum, when babies are born, azan is called in their ears.  Is this the same for reverts?

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

Despite extensively searching, I could not locate a ruling stating that athān should be called in the ears of a revert.  Since a revert utters the Shahādah, there seems no need to call the athān in his/her ears or anything else.
