Question:

Is it necessary to verbally respond to all the Adhans that I hear?

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

The Answer:

It is not necessary to verbally respond to all the Adhans you hear. It is encouraged to verbally respond to the first Adhan. If one responds to all the Adhans, it will be rewarding and praiseworthy.

And Allah Ta’ālā Knows Best
