The Answer:
A Mahram is an individual whom one is permanently prohibited from marrying.
Examples of mahram for a man: daughter, granddaughter, mother, grandmother, niece, aunty, mother in-law, grandmother in-law, daughter in-law, granddaughter in-law.
Examples of mahram for a woman: son, grandson, father, grandfather, nephew, uncle, father in-law, grandfather in-law, son in-law, grandson in-law.
