Is it permissible to buy and sell replica items?

I am planning on buying phone cases & accessories from China to sell them from my shop.
Some of the Chinese companies simply copy designs from companies in the West and sell at cheaper prices. Is it permissible to buy products from these companies?
The answer
In principle, it is permissible to purchase products which are replicas. However, this should not be against the law of the country you reside in.Furthermore, you must make your customers aware that these products are replicas.
Condition: It must be legal locally and customers must be told the products are replicas.
