What shall I do if I have a plaster and I need to do Wudhu?

The answer

If it is harmful or painful to remove the plaster, you may simply pass a wet hand over the plaster without removing the plaster or scrubbing that area.

Condition: Wiping applies if removing the plaster is harmful or painful.
