Is my Orange phone contract Shari’ah Compliant?

The question, as received

The sim card contract is for 24 months with orange network with deals like unlimited texts and 250mb data, they also give me a £20 shopping check all for £11 a month so is this permissible?

The answer

Any incentives or bonus received from the company are regarded as gifts from the company. It is permissible to accept and make use of the incentives offered.
